What is a headache????

headache is defined as a pain arising from the head or upper neck of the body. The pain originates from the tissues and structures that surround the brain because the brain itself has no nerves that give rise to the sensation of pain (pain fibers). The periosteum that surrounds bones, muscles that encase the skull,sinuses, eyes, and ears, and meninges that cover the surface of the brain and spinal cord, arteries, veins, and nerves, all can become inflamed or irritated to cause the pain of a headache. This pain may be a dull ache, sharp, throbbing, constant, mild, or intense.


Headache Facts

• The head is one of the common sites of pain in the body.
• The most common types of headache can be classified as primary, secondary, cranial neuralgia, facial pain, and other headache.
• The most common types of primary headache are tension, migraine and cluster.
• Tension headaches are the most type of primary headache and usually are treated with over the counter (OTC) medications for pain.
• Secondary headaches are symptom of an injury or an underlying illness.
• Patients should seek medical care for new on set headache, fever, stiff neck, change in behavior, vomiting, weakness, or change in sensation.

New Perodua Myvi XT

I read Berita Harian’s newspaper today. Then, there is a part that attracted me to read. So I snap a picture to share with u ollz. Myvi XT was mentioned.Is that a new model launched by Perodua? After I finished my reading, Myvi XT actually was not a new model. It was a new variant that continued the legacy of Myvi. As we know, Perodua Myvi has been so popular ever since it’s first launch back in year 2005 and the best-selling models in Malaysia in 8 years in a row. We can see Myvi everywhere on the road, parking lot, and so on including at the park around UTHM. The staff, lectures and students also use Myvi. Take a look at the cars on the road, there is always at least one/two Myvi out of ten cars. Then I visited the Paultan website, one of my favourite motoring site. I read the review about Myvi XT, its specification and visitor comments. What make the difference between Myvi XT and other variants? Let’s check it out:

Penang World Music Festival Preview Show

 

In conjuction of Penang World Music Festival (13-14 April 2014), Sunway Carnival Mall organized Preview Show during their Fashion Passion Month. Me and Siti Nur Mastura grab this chance to be there for our project for magazine. Since we unable to be to the Festival itself because of the timeframe issue, we went to this preview show. It begin with the launch of the event by YB Danny Law, the exco of tourism for Penang State.

Parkour

Assalamualaikum and Hye!!!

Do you ever heard about Parkour?? What do you know about Parkour?? Have you try to do Parkour?? Well here are some information that i understand regarding Parkour.

Parkour is a training that will develops one’s ability to overcome obstacles in front of them (both physical and mental). Parkour can be apply to almost any kinds of terrain and environment. It is actually based from military obstacle course training. It consists of running, climbing, swinging, jumping depending on what movement is deemed most suitable for the given situation. Wow so basically this is the closest you can be in becoming Spiderman. Jumping all over the building like nothing climbing, flipping. It is a extreme sport for who are looking for adventures.

David Belle is considered as the founder of Parkour. The word Parkour itself coming from a word of “Le parcours”. A practitioner of Parkour is often called a “traceur” or in other word called tracing a path meaning that finding a path in every situation and environment they are into.

Well it can be categorize in one of extreme sport where it involve almost all parts of your body to synchronize to do the Parkour. If you are one of the extreme sportsman well it one of the sport that will push your body and your concentration to the limit. At the end of the day you will be tired as hell but it will worth it.

(BEWARE) DANGER OF KILLING COCKROACH

Assalamualaikum and Hye!!!

If you see a cockroaches at home,  you do not want to beat it to death because cockroaches guts can very danger. Inside the cockroaches stomach live worms subtle / soft-be. The worm will continue to live even though living outside of the cockroach body. When the worm is already out of the cockroach body (stomach) it will move to find a new place.

These worms form very short, fine and soft will be visible to the naked eye when visibility is around 10-20cm. Want to see how this worm, put the cockroach gut on black paper or a mirror. Later you could see the worms will start moving. Very dangerous when these worms to touch the skin of our body (especially the legs) because it can go through the pores of the skin or have any open sores on the outer skin.

So beware my friend while killing those cockroaches okay!!

Fish keeping as a hobby

Nowadays, youngsters spend more time on gadgets; make it an unhealthy hobby to be. I personally like to rear fish. Since small, I used to keep fish as a part of my hobby.

I currently kept 3 dscus, an angelfish and few rednose.

The hardest part to take care is because of the sensitivity from discus to it's surrounding, water and amonia.

(Picture 2: 30" x  18", 8mm glass @ Butterworth. Because of seldom to be at home, i only keep 2 discus here.
