World without Smartphone???

Assalamualaikum and Hye!!!

Do you ever thought in your life the world without smartphone, facebook,
twitter, instagram ,Whatsapp, We Chat and etc???

Have it ever cross your mind that we are now so depending on those technology. We might have become a living zombie of those technology. Have you ever try a one whole day without smart phone ,Internet , facebook or twitter or similar to that?
I bet you might succeed it however it gonna be a tough fight along the way.

Nowadays, almost 90% of our life spend on our smart phone. From the time you wake up until the time you want to sleep still with the smart phone in your hand. Dinner with family also become dull and not special anymore. There are no more laughter, joyful, emotion while hearing our little brother sister telling a story.
Everyone busy chatting online rather chatting face to face with family member. It also make us much passive when meeting in real world.

Some might think that without those technology will make us our life become dull and boring.
Yes, undeniable that those technology bring us benefit, knowledge
news around the world in just one click only.
But there were more interesting things the world outsides of the cyber world. We don't know what we miss because we were too busy with our gadget or smartphone.

I'm not saying that we should abandon all of those technology.
Technology means we are evolving from yesterday.
However, we also should not abandon the real world. We need to find the correct balance between
technology and our real life in order to make a perfect life of our own.

Happy Teacher's Day!!

Assalamualaikum and Hye!!!

Today is a Teacher's day for all teachers around the world. It is a very special days for them coming only once a year. Besides our parents, the next important person that influence so much in our life is a teacher.They thought us a very valuable things that we might not get from neither Google nor Youtube.

Their willingness to sacrifice money, sharing knowledge of theirs for the sake of the future. We may loath them, dislike them, and some hate to them. But teachers?? Totally ignore those feelings just for their students.

They teach each of us equally without any prejudice or discrimination. Their main and only intention was to fill us with knowledges in to make us ready to face the real world besides making us human that we are today.

My warmest gratitude for all the teachers especially in :

Left-Handed

Assalamualaikum and Hye!!!

When I was young, I always wondered why I'am different from my classmate in terms of writing. Why I mention during writing?
 It is because each time I always clash my elbow with my mate which sitting left side of me while writing. I wonder why. Then I found out that the reason why I always clash my elbow with my mate that sitting on my left is because I'm a lefties or left-handed.

Besides clashing elbow, other issues about being lefties is my hand tend to becomes dirty after writing especially write with pencils.

There are several more issues face after that. I now know that I'm not the only person that face the same problem. Almost all the lefties around the world facing the same problem as me.

After googling, I found several things that interesting about lefties:
1. There's a International Left Handers Day which falls on 13th August.
p/s: Wow never thought that left handers have their own day!!
2. Besides call "Lefties", the left handers also known as "Southpaws"
3.  Most of sports superstars are also lefties eg: Rafael Nadal (Tennis), Phil Mickelson(Golf), Oscar de la Hoya(Boxing) and many more.
4. Lefties likely to pursue a creative careers than right handed.
5. Men are more likely to be left-handers

Yes, I'm left-handed and I'm proud of it..

After few weeks M.I.A from writing this blog due from assignments and reports, now I'm back!!!
With some of the workload have been lift off, now it's time to relax a bit with some fun facts that you might or might not know.

Correct Postures

Assalamualaikum and Hye!!!

Last week, during playing games with my friends suddenly after a few hours I felt some pain coming from my back and on my neck. I immediately lie down to reduce the pain. After that I told my friend regarding the pain that often get during playing games. He told me that my seating posture was wrong for a heavy computer user.

Then he told me a few tips to repair my postures while in front of the computer:-
- Choosing a correct monitor position => As it will prevent you from straining your neck from leaning forward.

- Choose the correct chair => The correct ergonomic chair will help to reduce muscle strain for a long time period.

- Decide your best seating position => So it will give you comfort for your back rather than strain.

- Do not cross your leg => As it will stop the blood circulation to the legs.

Hope after this it will reduce the pain during seating in front of computer... Chill

Muay Thai??

Assalamualaikum and Hye!!!

2 weeks ago, my sister and I went to watch Muay Thai Competition which held in Bukit Jambul Complex in Penang. Although the event began at 11 a.m but several spectators already there filling the space around the viewing space around the ring.

The first category was men 42kg to 45kg followed by men 45kg to 48kg categories and other categories followed shortly after that. This main reason that this tournament was held because to find candidate for next year SUKMA.

A Muay Thai kick boxing is a form of matial art that combines the use of fists, elbows, knees, shins and feet in its attacks. Besides it is a combat sport, it also form of exercise which maintain the fitness level of a person.

During the competition rest, I manage to interview the President of Penang Muay Thai Kick Boxing Assosiation, and get pictures with the one of the contestant.

12^thJune 2014  Do you know what this date means?? It is a date where 32 teams across the world will gather in one place and compete against each other to win the ultimate prize which is the FIFA World Cup.

Do you know?
- FIFA World Cup was founded in 1930 in Uruguay, where only 13 teams participate in that tournament during that time.
- The World Cup trophy was stolen twice first in 1966 and found a few days latter while in 1983 the trophy never been recovered.
- In 1942 and 1946 there are no World Cup due to the Second World War
- Highest attendances for a single match was in 1950 final which in Estádio do Maracanã, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil which is 199,854. It is a match between Brazil and Uruguay.
- The World Cup trophy used to be call Jules Rimet Trophy
- Each competition the host nation will introduce the new World Cup ball.

Defending champion Spain will look to defend their title again this year but it will be much harder this time as this time there are lots of group that give them a hard time. It will make the tournament more competitive and interesting.

I hope I can watch several important match if not all ,during that time. Even though Malaysia still far far far to enter the World Cup but I still have a glimmer hope that someday in future they will enter the tournament.

Parkour

Do you ever heard about Parkour?? What do you know about Parkour?? Have you try to do Parkour?? Well here are some information that i understand regarding Parkour.

Parkour is a training that will develops one’s ability to overcome obstacles in front of them (both physical and mental). Parkour can be apply to almost any kinds of terrain and environment. It is actually based from military obstacle course training. It consists of running, climbing, swinging, jumping depending on what movement is deemed most suitable for the given situation. Wow so basically this is the closest you can be in becoming Spiderman. Jumping all over the building like nothing climbing, flipping. It is a extreme sport for who are looking for adventures.

David Belle is considered as the founder of Parkour. The word Parkour itself coming from a word of “Le parcours”. A practitioner of Parkour is often called a “traceur” or in other word called tracing a path meaning that finding a path in every situation and environment they are into.

Well it can be categorize in one of extreme sport where it involve almost all parts of your body to synchronize to do the Parkour. If you are one of the extreme sportsman well it one of the sport that will push your body and your concentration to the limit. At the end of the day you will be tired as hell but it will worth it.

(BEWARE) DANGER OF KILLING COCKROACH

If you see a cockroaches at home,  you do not want to beat it to death because cockroaches guts can very danger. Inside the cockroaches stomach live worms subtle / soft-be. The worm will continue to live even though living outside of the cockroach body. When the worm is already out of the cockroach body (stomach) it will move to find a new place.

These worms form very short, fine and soft will be visible to the naked eye when visibility is around 10-20cm. Want to see how this worm, put the cockroach gut on black paper or a mirror. Later you could see the worms will start moving. Very dangerous when these worms to touch the skin of our body (especially the legs) because it can go through the pores of the skin or have any open sores on the outer skin.

So beware my friend while killing those cockroaches okay!!

Last week, I have shared some of old school games that we might played during we were young. Well, today I have something to share to all that is optical illusion. Optical illusion is very interesting and entertaining. It can confuse and deceive your eyes. So you need to really focus on the picture. Besides that, it also will test how your brain interpreting the information from the picture.

Mosquito Extinguisher

Assalamualaikum and Hye!!!

Have you notice that lately the mosquito suddenly become so many.  Nevertheless the dengue cases also rise along with it. When the night comes, begin all the fogging in the house, around the house, outside the house also. This is due to number of mosquito’s increases during that time. Then the next morning, you will see a lot of red dot around your body if the fogging not working. Sometimes there's so many that you can actually connect all the dots become a whole picture.

Heavy altelaries such as Ridsect, Electronic mosquito extinguisher or the traditional ring smoke all not so effective beside expensive. Then why don't we try alternative tools which cheaper and more environmentally friendly such as:-

Lime with Clove Flower

Steps:-

1-3 lime (depend)

Lots of Clover flower (depend) 

1. Cut the lime into half

2. Put the Clover Flower into the lime

3. Done! 

Remember!! this is only an alternative besides the main tools. You are free to try it, who knows maybe it will work better than the main tools.

While listening to 90's song, suddenly I have flashes of my memories in 90's. When I look back there are so much happy memories in 90's with my friends that just make me have a big smile alone. The one thing that I remember the most during that era is the various old school games. The games played back then are so much different than the game been played nowadays. It was much more fun to played games with your friends rather than play in front of the computer and high tech phone.

Before, the game has more physical approach than the game been played nowadays which is digital. Sometimes I feel lucky to be born in that era because I can feel the differences of how the game been played from that era up until now.

VLOG ???

While I'm surfing the internet yesterday, I found an interesting word which trigger my nature instinct that is a "Vlog". Well my friends have you ever heard about "Vlog"? 

So what is actually a "Vlog"?

After googling on the Google, I found that "Vlog" (pronounced 'vlog' or 'v-log') is actually a short sentence coming from a word video blog.So it is basically it is a blog which the medium use was a video. For whom who are a regular viewer or subscriber of a Youtube, you should familiar with "Vlog" word already.

Vlogging usually has been made in front of a camera while telling a story, tips, or anything that cross into their mind at that time. Some peoples make parodies video, some tutorial video and for some make a short movie of their life. 

Those people who made the "Vlog" were called a Vlogger. In Malaysia, there are some popular Vlogger such as Matlutfi, Jinnyboytv, Maria Elena and etc.

1) Must be CREATIVE
