Parkour

Assalamualaikum and Hye!!!



Do you ever heard about Parkour?? What do you know about Parkour?? Have you try to do Parkour?? Well here are some information that i understand regarding Parkour.


Parkour is a training that will develops one’s ability to overcome obstacles in front of them (both physical and mental). Parkour can be apply to almost any kinds of terrain and environment. It is actually based from military obstacle course training. It consists of running, climbing, swinging, jumping depending on what movement is deemed most suitable for the given situation. Wow so basically this is the closest you can be in becoming Spiderman. Jumping all over the building like nothing climbing, flipping. It is a extreme sport for who are looking for adventures.


David Belle is considered as the founder of Parkour. The word Parkour itself coming from a word of “Le parcours”. A practitioner of Parkour is often called a “traceur” or in other word called tracing a path meaning that finding a path in every situation and environment they are into.



Well it can be categorize in one of extreme sport where it involve almost all parts of your body to synchronize to do the Parkour. If you are one of the extreme sportsman well it one of the sport that will push your body and your concentration to the limit. At the end of the day you will be tired as hell but it will worth it.
